Forever & Always Bridal Show

1. SPONSOR

The Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC $500 Wedding Credit Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC ("Sponsor").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at October 4, 2026 10am and ends at October 4, 2026 5pm. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who:

- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;

- Are engaged or actively planning a wedding; and

- Are attending the Forever & Always Bridal Show at which the Giveaway is being offered.

Employees, owners, officers, and immediate household/family members of Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC Bridal Show Giveaway Entry Form during the Promotion Period.

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person will be counted. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Providing contact information for entry is required. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. BOOKING AT THE FOREVER & ALWAYS BRIDAL SHOW

A couple who signs a qualifying Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC wedding fireworks contract during the bridal show will be automatically entered once into the Giveaway.

Booking a wedding fireworks package:

- Does not create an additional entry;

- Does not provide additional chances of winning; and

- Does not improve the participant's odds of winning.

A participant who books at the bridal show and has already submitted an entry form will not receive a second entry.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

ONE $500 THUNDER PYROTECHNICS LLC WEDDING CREDIT 

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00. 

The Wedding Credit may be applied toward a qualifying wedding fireworks package contracted with Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC.

The Wedding Credit:

- Has no cash value;

- Is not redeemable for cash;

- Is non-transferable;

- Cannot be sold or exchanged;

- Is not a gift card or cash equivalent; and

- Is subject to Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC's standard wedding contract, availability, safety requirements, and service terms.

The Wedding Credit may not be applied to previously executed contracts unless expressly approved in writing by Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC.

7. $1,000 BRIDAL SHOW BOOKING PROMOTION

The $1,000 Bridal Show Booking Promotion is a separate promotional offer and is not required to enter the Giveaway.

A qualifying couple who signs a Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC wedding fireworks contract during the Forever & Always Bridal Show for a package with a contracted value of $5,000 or more will receive a $1,000 promotional credit toward that package.

The $1,000 promotional credit:

- Applies only to qualifying contracts signed during the Forever & Always Bridal Show;

- Requires the required contract deposit to be paid according to the contract terms;

- Applies to one qualifying event/package;

- Is not redeemable for cash;

- May not be combined with other Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC discounts or promotions; and

- Is subject to package availability and Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC's standard contract terms.

The $1,000 booking promotion does not affect a participant's odds of winning the $500 Wedding Credit.

8. COMBINING THE PROMOTIONS

A participant who qualifies for the $1,000 Bridal Show Booking Promotion and is subsequently selected as the $500 Wedding Credit winner may receive both promotional benefits, subject to the terms of these Official Rules and the applicable wedding contract. Accordingly, a qualifying $5,000 package could receive up to $1,500 in total promotional value if the purchaser also wins the $500 Wedding Credit.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

10. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place on or about:

October 4, 2026 at 6pm

The Sponsor's random drawing decision is final, subject to applicable law.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within [7] days, does not respond, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information supplied by an entrant.

12. PRIZE REDEMPTION

The winner must contact Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC within 30 days of notification to claim the Wedding Credit. The Wedding Credit must be applied toward a qualifying wedding fireworks contract entered into within the applicable redemption period.

The wedding itself may occur after the redemption period, provided the contract is executed within the required period and the event is otherwise accepted and available under Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC's normal booking requirements. If the winner does not redeem the Wedding Credit within the stated period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

13. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize. The Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of the prize. The winner should consult a tax professional regarding any applicable tax obligations.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

16. PRIVACY & MARKETING

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and contact entrants regarding their entry. Marketing communications are optional. An entrant does not have to consent to marketing communications to enter or win. If an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications, that consent may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law and the Sponsor's communication practices.

17. WINNER'S NAME

Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may identify the winner by first name and last initial on Thunder Pyrotechnics LLC's social media or other promotional channels.

18. OFFICIAL RULES

A copy of these Official Rules will be available by QR code at the Forever & Always Bridal Show and may be provided upon request.
